2. Refund Policy

Since our services involve strategy, consultation, implementation, and digital execution, refunds are generally not applicable once a project has been initiated or work has commenced.

However, refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical error.
  • Project cancellation before commencement (prior to work kickoff).

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.

3. Cancellation Policy

If a client wishes to cancel a service engagement:

  • Written notice of cancellation must be sent to lakhan@cimplifie.com.
  • Cancellations made before project initiation may be eligible for a partial refund (after deducting onboarding or consultation costs).
  • Cancellations made after commencement of work are non-refundable, as team time, strategy, and execution resources have already been deployed.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services in cases of:

  • Non-payment or delayed payment from the client.
  • Incomplete information or unavailability of client-side access.
  • Violation of our Terms & Conditions or unethical use of our solutions.

4. Project Delay or Termination

If a project is delayed due to client-side dependencies (e.g., delayed inputs, missing data, or lack of feedback), Cimplifie Tech Solutions LLP shall not be liable for missed deadlines.

Projects held inactive for over 30 days without communication may be deemed terminated, with no eligibility for refund.


5. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services, tools, and recommendations provided by Cimplifie Tech Solutions LLP are based on expertise, research, and best practices.
However, results may vary based on multiple factors beyond our control.

We do not guarantee:

  • Specific business outcomes, leads, conversions, or revenue growth.
  • Instant performance improvement or ROI.
  • Accuracy of AI-generated or automated recommendations, which may vary based on data quality or third-party APIs.
